2011 Team Predictions: Adam

Here we go. I started the divisional preview series. But, I have run out of time so I will wrap it up with this since there will be more important issues to talk about starting tomorrow!

AL EAST - 1.Bos 2.TB* 3.NYY 4.Tor 5.Bal
AL CENTRAL - 1.CHWS 2.Det 3.Min 4.Cle 5.KC
AL WEST - 1.Tex 2.LAA 3.Oak 4.Sea

NL EAST - 1.Atl 2.Phil 3.Fla 4.Wash 5.NYM
NL Central - 1.Stl 2.Mil* 3.Chc 4.Cin 5.Hou 6.Pit
NL West - 1.Col 2.SF 3.LAD 4.AZ 5.SD

Notes. Boston will finish with the best mlb record. ATL will finish with the best NL record. Pit will lose the most games in baseball. And Kansas City will lose the most in the AL. Surprise. AL wild card was easy (once I picked TB over NYY). NL Wild Card I could see being any of the following (phil, mil, chc, cin, sf, lad), wow. I went with MIL because they finally have pitching to compliment that offense.

Playoffs....
ALCS - BOS over CHWS
NLCS - Atl over COL

WS - Atl over BOS

AL MVP - Adrian Gonzalez
AL CY - John Lester
AL ROY - Jeremy Hellickson

NL MVP - Albert Pujols
NL CY - Tommy Hanson
NL ROY - Freddie Freeman

Play Ball!

Book review of the Extra 2% soon.

  1. Just not sure the Rockies have the pitching depth in De la Rosa at the 2 to make a NLCS run. Their offense is very nice, but unsure. Also, I'm not as high on A-Gon this year as most. Did people forget he just had major shoulder surgery in the offseason?
